Andrew is an acclaimed concert pianist, composer and teacher, with a special interest in ensemble training through creative projects. As a performer, he collaborates with instrumentalists and singers from across the world. He has been on the coaching staff of Pro Corda for over 10 years, and also teaches at Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. He is Director of Outreach Programmes at Pro Corda.

Tatiana is a highly experienced consultant and Executive Coach specialising in psychological aspects of management, in particular leadership, managing change, and interpersonal communication. Her high-profile corporate clients include Morgan Stanley, BNP Paribas, Honda UK, Goldman Sachs, and Universal Pictures, to name just a few. In the public sector, she has worked with the UK Home Office and the Ministry of Defence.
